Your Path to Perfect Sleep

At Cotton Sleep, we understand finding your ideal mattress takes time. Our 100-Night Sleep Trial ensures you discover the perfect match for your sleep needs.

Adjustment Period Required

Your body needs time to adapt to a new sleep surface. We require you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before initiating any adjustment process. This break-in period allows proper acclimation to your new support system.

If You're Not Completely Satisfied

If you're less than satisfied after the 30-night minimum (but before your 100-night trial concludes), please contact our Sleep Specialists. We'll guide you through these resolution options:

OPTION 1: COMFORT ADJUSTMENT

* **Too Firm?** We can recommend appropriate toppers or comfort layers to create your ideal softness level (additional costs may apply)
* **Too Soft?** Our team will help assess if your foundation is providing adequate support or if additional firmness solutions are needed (additional costs may apply)

OPTION 2: MATTRESS EXCHANGE

If adjustments aren't sufficient, we offer a one-time mattress exchange within your trial period. This option requires:
* An in-store consultation to select your replacement model
* Credit for your original purchase minus:
  - Original delivery fees
  - Exchange processing fee (varies by mattress type)
* Your exchange credit must be applied toward your replacement mattress
* Any price difference for higher-priced models will be your responsibility
* No refunds available if selecting a lower-priced model
* We'll arrange removal of your original mattress and delivery of your new selection

OPTION 3: RETURN & REFUND

If neither adjustment nor exchange resolves your concerns, we may authorize a return and refund. Note that customers choosing this option will not be eligible for future purchases from Cotton Sleep.

**For local delivery area customers:** We'll allow you to keep the mattress up to 30 additional days while securing a replacement. You'll need to provide photographic proof of removal by your new mattress delivery company. Your refund will be processed minus delivery costs and the return processing fee.

**For customers outside our delivery area:** You must either donate the mattress to a qualifying charity (providing donation receipt and photos) or arrange proper disposal (providing photo documentation). Your refund will be processed minus shipping costs and the return processing fee.

Return Processing Fees

Return processing fees offset a portion of production and disposal costs and vary by mattress type:
* Entry-level models: $50-$100
* Mid-range models: $200-$500
* Premium models: 10-20% of purchase price

Important Conditions

* The original mattress must be verifiable for any return
* Each customer may use this Sleep Trial only once
* Floor models, clearance items, and "as-is" purchases are not eligible for this program
