100-NIGHT MATTRESS TRIAL
Your Comfort Is Our Priority
Cotton Sleep stands behind every mattress we sell with our comprehensive 100-Night Sleep Trial. We require a minimum 30-night break-in period to allow your body to adjust. If you're not satisfied after this period (and before the 100-night trial ends), we offer three resolution paths:
Comfort Modifications
If your mattress feels too firm or too soft, our sleep specialists can recommend appropriate toppers or foundation adjustments to enhance your comfort (additional costs may apply).
Mattress Exchange
Available with in-store consultation, we'll provide a one-time exchange credit (original purchase price minus delivery fees and processing fee). This credit must be applied toward your replacement mattress selection.
Refund Option
If modifications and exchanges aren't suitable, we may authorize a return with refund. Your purchase amount will be refunded minus delivery fees and a processing fee after verification of mattress removal or donation.
**Processing fees vary by mattress category:**
* Basic models: $50-$100
* Mid-tier models: $200-$500
* Premium models: 10-20% of purchase price
Choosing a refund option will make you ineligible for future purchases from Cotton Sleep.
NON-MATTRESS RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Pillows, Bedding & Accessories
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Returns meeting these conditions qualify for store credit only (minus any applicable delivery/pickup fees).
Refund Eligibility
Cash/card refunds (minus delivery fees) are only available for items:
* Physically returned to our showroom within 3 days of purchase
* During normal business hours
* In unused, unopened condition
* In original, sealed packaging
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY COVERAGE
What's Protected
* Significant body impressions (1.5"+ for standard mattresses, measurements taken without weight applied)
* Material failures including broken coils or springs
* Structural defects in seams or components
Not Covered Under Warranty
* Minor cosmetic imperfections
* Body impressions less than warranty threshold
* Comfort preferences after trial period
* Damage from improper use or inadequate support
* Normal wear patterns
Warranty Voiding Conditions
* Any stains or liquid damage
* Removing the law tag
* Transferring ownership
* Failure to follow care instructions
* Using improper foundation or support
