We're one of the very few manufacturers that use genuine 100% organic cotton for our outer mattress covers – no polyester blends or synthetic coatings. Our family-owned factory in Illinois has been crafting mattresses with generations of combined experience, allowing us complete control over our materials and manufacturing process.
We source GOTS-certified organic cotton, GOLS-certified 100% natural latex, and New Zealand wool that's free from chemical treatments. For our hybrid models, we pair these premium organic materials with individually wrapped coils made from recycled steel that are designed to provide targeted support.

How do I care for and maintain my mattress?
To maximize the lifespan of your Cotton Sleep organic mattress:
Use a waterproof organic mattress protector (we offer these separately) to guard against spills and stains. Rotate your mattress 180 degrees every 3–6 months to ensure even wear.
Vacuum the surface occasionally with an upholstery attachment to remove dust. Spot clean any stains immediately using mild soap and water – avoid harsh chemicals. Ensure your mattress has proper support with a suitable foundation or platform bed. This is VERY important to keep your warranty valid.
Our organic materials naturally resist dust mites and mold, but giving your mattress occasional sunlight exposure can further refresh the natural fibers. With proper care, your Cotton Sleep mattress will provide healthy comfort for many years.
Are your mattresses suitable for people with allergies?
Absolutely. Our mattresses are especially beneficial for allergy sufferers and those with chemical sensitivities. The 100% organic cotton covers are free from chemical treatments, synthetic dyes, and flame retardants that often trigger reactions.
Our natural latex is inherently antimicrobial and resistant to dust mites and mold. The organic wool we use acts as a natural moisture wicker and fire barrier without chemicals.

Yes, all Cotton Sleep mattresses come with a comprehensive 10-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and premature material breakdown. This includes issues like excessive sagging (greater than 1.5 inches), coils breaking, or seams coming undone under normal use.
In addition to our warranty, we offer a 90-night sleep trial, allowing you to truly experience your mattress in the comfort of your home. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll work with you to either exchange it for a different model or arrange a return.
